CIHMID/CCFI Joint Symposium

CIHMID, and the Cornell Center For Immunology (CCFI) will present a joint research symposium, open to the Cornell community. And despite the uncertainty surrounding Covid, and the Omicron variant specifically, CIHMID and CCFI are confident our joint symposium will be safe, and accessible for all attendees. As of right now our plan is to offer talks in-person, as well as streaming for those who are uncomfortable, or unable to attend. However, scientific posters will be available to view in person only. We have trimmed some of the usual reception fare to keep things safe and simple, but a free lunch is still on the menu.

Barring further complications or setbacks, we are looking forward to presenting this joint event to the Cornell community. Details, and instructions for submitting abstracts for talks and posters, are as follows:

*Abstracts for posters and short talks should be emailed to rjs388@cornell.edu by Feb. 18. Include the title, author(s), and department/affiliation, and please indicate whether you are interested in a talk slot or a poster presentation. Slots for talks are limited, but organizers will accommodate as many abstracts as possible. Feel free to (re)use existing posters from previous conferences or presentations. The talks will be available remotely; the posters will only be available in person.
